CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WV News) — State lawmakers heard updates Monday from administrators overseeing the restructuring of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources into three separate agencies.

Dr. Sherri Young, who will serve as secretary of the West Virginia Department of Health after the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is split into three agencies on Jan. 1, testifies Monday before the Legislative Oversight Commission on Health and Human Resources Accountability.
